Choosing the right ZEPIC plan is the quickest way to make sure your team has BOTH the tools they need and the flexibility to scale when it matters most.

With modular channel add-ons, flexible volume, and the ability to top up credits on demand, you stay in control of your spend and your reach, whether it's a regular Tuesday or the week before Black Friday.
Currently, ZEPIC plans are built around three core choices:
- Your base plan: These cover your typical features, user seats, objects, connectors, automation limits, and other core capabilities.
- Your channel add-ons: These allow you to activate Email, WhatsApp, and/or Instagram based on the channels you want to use.
- Your volume add-ons and top-ups: These allow you to use recurring add-ons for ongoing monthly volume, and one-time top-ups for temporary campaign spikes.
How the Flexible Plan Structure Works
Plans and add-ons can be managed directly from your ZEPIC plans and billing section in settings.
To make the pricing and feature comparisons easier to understand across all plans, the tables below use a consistent set of feature indicators.

- ✔: Included. This feature is available on your plan at no additional cost.
- Add-on: This channel or feature can be purchased separately.
- ✖: Not Available. This feature is not available with this plan.
- Number (e.g., 5, 10): Available with a fixed plan limit
I. Base Plan Features
Your base plan is the foundation of your ZEPIC account. It determines which platform features your team can access, how many users you can add, and how much volume is unlocked when you activate channel add-ons.
The higher your plan, the more your additional flexibility across workflows, customer data infrastructure, APIs, service accounts, advanced personalization, and connector capacity.

VI. Channel Add-ons: Activate Only What You Need
ZEPIC allows businesses to activate Email, WhatsApp, and Instagram independently, rather than forcing all communication channels into a single bundled pricing model (to avoid the unnecessary extra costs!)

For Starter, Growth, and Pro plans, communication channels are activated as separate add-ons.

Enterprise plans include selected channel access and base usage allocations, with the option to scale further through additional recurring add-ons or top-ups.
