New Features & Enhancements
Web SDK Now Available on All Plans
We have introduced Web SDK (website tracking capabilities) to all plans, including Free. Users can now capture website visitor behavior, track both anonymous visitors and known contacts, monitor form submissions, custom events, and content downloads. This brings powerful behavioral tracking and visitor insights to all ZEPIC users, enabling advanced segmentation and campaign personalization based on website activity.
Bug Fixes & Improvements
Flow Cloning Fix
Issues preventing users from pausing or stopping parent flows after cloning have been resolved, restoring full control over flow management.
Greyscale Image Support
Greyscale images are now supported when uploading to WhatsApp campaigns, templates, and Team Inbox, expanding the range of image formats users can work with.
Account Reactivation
Users with expired accounts can now seamlessly reactivate and purchase plans again, improving the renewal experience.
Enhanced Account Security
Account signup now includes spam detection and IP scoring to maintain platform integrity and prevent fraudulent account creation.
