Team Inbox Image Reply Display
We've fixed an issue where images sent as replies in Team Inbox conversations weren't displaying properly. All message content now appears correctly in the conversation thread, ensuring agents have complete visibility into customer interactions.
Instagram Quick Automation Product Limit
Quick automations for Instagram now support up to 10 products per automation. This allows you to showcase more product options when sending automated product details in DMs, giving customers more choices without creating multiple automations.
WhatsApp Template URL Special Character Support
We've resolved errors that occurred when WhatsApp template call-to-action buttons contained URLs with special characters. Templates with complex URLs now submit successfully to Meta without throwing errors, ensuring your CTA links work regardless of URL structure.
Email Domain Configuration Alert
A clear error message now appears during email campaign setup when your email domain hasn't been configured. This helps you catch configuration issues early and complete the necessary domain setup before attempting to send campaigns.
