Destination Connectors

We've introduced destination connectors that push customer interaction data from ZEPIC directly into your business tools—Shopify, Freshdesk, and Cratio CRM.

Unlike source connectors that bring data into ZEPIC, destination connectors send data out. Set up workflows that capture customer actions through quick reply responses, custom event triggers, or form submissions, then configure what happens next in your connected tools. The data flows automatically based on real customer behavior, eliminating manual data entry.

Current integrations include:

• Shopify: Add/remove tags, append order notes

• Freshdesk: Create or reopen support tickets with conversation context

• Cratio CRM: Update lead stages, add follow-up notes
