Email Domain Intelligence

We've enhanced our domain validation process to provide you with more actionable information. When adding email domains, if a user enters an unregistered domain, the platform displays an error message asking to check the domain. For valid domains, the system identifies if the domain is hosted by providers like AWS or GoDaddy. This improvement helps ensure your email infrastructure is properly configured from the start, enhancing deliverability and sender reputation.

Email Campaign - Broken Link Detection

We've implemented intelligent link validation in our email templates. While creating email campaigns, the system automatically detects broken or invalid links and displays an alert message. This proactive validation improves URL click tracking and helps maintain IP reputation by ensuring all links in your campaigns are functional before sending.

WhatsApp Failure Message in List View

We've improved visibility into WhatsApp message delivery issues. Before, if WhatsApp messages failed due to invalid numbers or Meta restrictions on marketing messages, troubleshooting was difficult. Now, the platform clearly displays the reason for failures directly in the list view. It lists the detailed error information from Meta, making it easier to understand why messages weren't delivered and what actions to take to retry.

Segment Limitations Implemented

We've optimized our segmentation engine by implementing limits of 15 conditions overall and a maximum of 5 groups per segment. These limitations ensure better accuracy in segment creation and targeting, leading to more reliable campaign performance.

Bug Fixes & Improvements

Segment Date Range Fix

We've added validation to prevent segments with date ranges exceeding 1000 days. When attempting to save segments beyond this limit, segments cannot be saved until the date range is adjusted.

WhatsApp Button Display

We've fixed display issues with WhatsApp button options. When adding buttons to WhatsApp messages, the three options (Action, Button, Offer Code) previously had display issues in earlier versions. This has now been corrected, ensuring all button types display properly in the interface.

Variable Addition in WhatsApp Messages

We've resolved cursor positioning issues when adding variables to WhatsApp messages. Previously, it was difficult to add variables as the cursor would get stuck in a particular position. This issue has been fixed, allowing for smoother editing and variable insertion in your WhatsApp message templates.
