Media Merge Tags Fix: We have fixed an issue with media merge tags where invalid values were causing template images to be incorrectly backfilled. This ensures proper media rendering while creating WhatsApp Templates.
Flow Enhancement: We have improved the flow pause functionality to ensure flow IDs are removed immediately when paused. This update prevents contacts from being unintentionally onboarded during the pause period, which previously could take up to 24 hours.
WhatsApp Media Upload Support: Our WhatsApp media upload system now automatically converts white spaces in filenames to double underscores. This enhancement improves compatibility and reduces upload errors for files, images, and documents shared through WhatsApp.
