RMS Cloud Connector for Hospitality: We have introduced a new connector for RMS Cloud, specifically built for travel and hospitality brands. Hotels and accommodation providers can now sync guest data, reservation information, rate plans, and availability data directly into ZEPIC. This integration enables hospitality businesses to create targeted campaigns based on guest profiles, reservation lifecycles, and booking behaviors. Users can segment guests, set up automated flows for reservation confirmations, arrival reminders, departure follow-ups, and anniversary campaigns, bringing personalized marketing to the hospitality industry.
Bug Fixes & Improvements
Enhanced Shopify Purchase Summary
Additional purchase summary fields including total order count and total spend, are now available for Shopify integrations, providing richer customer data for segmentation and personalization.
Order Delivered Rule
A new Order Delivered rule has been added for Shopify stores. Users can now create segments and track customer interactions based on order delivery status, allowing for more precise timing of post-purchase campaigns and follow-up communications.
Enhanced Product Data Processing
The transformation of Product ID data has been improved for enhanced segmentation capabilities. Product IDs are now processed as arrays instead of single text strings, enabling multi-select dropdown functionality when creating segments based on product selections.
