New Features & Enhancements

Configurable Primary Display Field

Users can now designate which field appears as the primary display column in contact list views. This field can be configured during object field creation or edited later, giving users control over how their data is presented in list views, and is applicable to all standard and custom objects. This feature supports basic field types such as text, number, email, and phone fields, but cannot be used with dropdown, multiselect, lookup, address, multi-check, currency, date, lifecycle, or user field types

Bug Fixes & Improvements

Enhanced Contact 360 View

The customer 360 interface has been restructured with separate cards for different information sections including contact information, social media, and other customer details. This improved organization makes it easier to navigate and locate specific customer information.


Improved Associations Display

Association data in the contact 360 view now appears in individual card formats in the right panel. Order details, support tickets, and other related records are now displayed in separate cards for better clarity and easier access to associated information.
