Users can now add personalized variables to URLs within WhatsApp button components in campaigns, enabling dynamic call-to-action buttons that adapt based on customer data. This enhancement allows for more targeted user experiences, such as directing customers to personalized product pages or checkout flows with pre-filled information.
Object Currency Field Validation
Validation improvements have been made to currency fields in objects to ensure proper data formatting and consistency.
Team Inbox File Display
Document filename display issues in Team Inbox conversations have been resolved, ensuring proper file identification and organization. Users can now easily identify and manage shared documents within customer conversations without confusion or missing file information.
UI Text Updates
Copy text has been updated across plans and credits sections for better clarity and user understanding.
