Make sure your Instagram Business Account is connected to ZEPIC. If it’s not, please follow: How to Integrate Your Instagram Business Account with ZEPIC
Once the instagram account is connected, all the customer conversations will be recorded in the Team Inbox.
You can respond to the customer conversations manually, or you can use ZEPIC’s automation to completely automate the user queries.
Once the account is integrated, ZEPIC will start tracking all the user activities

When a user interacts with your business, ZEPIC creates a contact record. All the user activities will be recorded for the user. You can view all the activities, profile information in the user 360 degree profile view (Navigate to Contacts, and click the record)
You can use these activities to create powerful segmentations. Here are a few example segments you can create
Instagram Referred Users (Users who came from Instagram)
Instagram Post Engagers (Users interacted with my post)
Instagram Story Engagers (Users interacted with my story)
Instagram Reel Engagers (Users interacted with my reel)
Instagram Email Leads (Users who provided email)
Instagram Phone Leads (Users who provided phone)

Instagram Phone Leads
You can also combine Instagram activities, with contact properties, and other channel activities. Now, using these segments you can target the same user in Whatsapp and Email as well. This enables true omnichannel experience.
