Registering your WhatsApp number in ZEPIC is straightforward and only takes a few minutes. Follow the steps below to get started.
Important Guidelines
WhatsApp has strict guidelines to prevent spam, so ensure all the details you enter are valid.
Acronyms Used
WABA: WhatsApp Business Account - Allows your business to use the WhatsApp Business Platform to communicate directly with your customers.
Meta Business Manager: Holds your Facebook Pages, Instagram profiles, ad accounts, and other business assets.

Pre-Requisites
WhatsApp Phone Number: This number shouldn’t have an existing WhatsApp account.
Business Display Name: Follow the guidelines here.
Meta Business Manager ID:
Working Website: Meta requires an active public website to verify the products/services your business offers.
This document will use a brand named PapaEarth, a ZEPIC customer. Each ZEPIC customer receives a dedicated domain to access their account, e.g., https://papaearth.myzepic.com.
Registration Steps
Go to WhatsApp Business Account Settings: Navigate to PapaEarth's WhatsApp Settings.
Connect Your WhatsApp Account: Click the “Connect your WhatsApp Account” button.
360Dialog Popup: A 360Dialog popup will appear (360Dialog is our WhatsApp BSP partner). Fill in the details:
Choose “No; this number is not connected to WhatsApp Business API.”
Choose “No”
Click “Start Embedded Signup”
Meta Business Account: You can choose your existing Meta Business Account from the dropdown or create a new one. It’s recommended that you choose an existing account.
Create a WhatsApp Business Account: Provide the necessary details carefully.
Create WhatsApp Business Profile: Add publicly viewable information about your company.
Enter WhatsApp Mobile Number: Enter and verify the mobile number by entering the OTP received.
Completion: You will be redirected to a thank you page. Wait for the popup to close, then click “Refresh” to see the WABA account.

Messaging Limit
After completing the registration process, your business will be able to:
Respond to unlimited customer-initiated conversations (24-hour messaging windows)
Send business-initiated conversations to 250 unique customers in a rolling 24-hour period
Register up to two phone numbers, which can both be assigned to one WABA or split between two WABAs
Increasing Your Messaging Limit
Businesses can initiate Business Verification to:
Scale business-initiated conversations
Add additional phone numbers
Request to become an Official Business Account
By scaling business-initiated conversations, businesses can access the Standard Access tier, which includes:
Higher messaging limits (1K, 10K, 100K, unlimited unique customers/day)
More than two phone numbers
An Official Business Account (OBA) - requires Business Verification
Handling Verification Issues
If your business account is not verified:
- From the Business Support Home page, click on the relevant WhatsApp Business Account.
- Choose from the list of violations and click "Request Review".
- Enter supporting details and click "Submit".
- The request will be moved to the "In Review" tab.
- The appeal decision typically takes 24 to 48 hours and will be communicated via Business Manager.
Correcting Invalid Data
If you need to correct data entered during registration, contact support@zepic.com within 14 days.
