How to Pause All Instagram Automations

Pausing automations ensures nothing runs unintentionally while still allowing your team to message users normally.

Step 3:

Click “Instagram Business Account”

Step 4:

Select the Instagram account for which you want to pause automations.

Step 5:

Choose the pause duration and click “Pause”.

Step 6:

All automations for this Instagram account are now paused.

Now all the instagram automation for this account is paused. But still a human agent can send messages to users. Only the automations will not run during this time.
