Enhanced Shopify Integration
We have introduced several powerful additions to the Shopify connector. Customer tags now sync automatically between Shopify and ZEPIC, ensuring tag-based segmentation stays current. Email and SMS marketing subscription preferences from Shopify are now synced, allowing users to respect customer consent settings across all campaigns. Order fulfillment status is now available as a field in the Order object, enabling segmentation and campaign triggers based on fulfillment stages (unfulfilled, partially fulfilled, fulfilled).
Pre-Built Shopify Segments
New Shopify integrations now automatically create 8 ready-to-use segments at signup: Abandoned Checkouts, Repeated Purchase Customers, Recently Purchased Customers, Inactive Customers, New Customers, Browsed but not purchased, and First Time Buyers. These segments provide immediate value without manual configuration, enabling users to launch targeted campaigns right away.
