Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): We have introduced role-based access management to help teams collaborate more effectively while maintaining control over platform access. Account owners and admins can now assign specific roles to team members from Admin Settings > Users, choosing from five role types: Admin, Manager, Author, Analyst, and Support.
Each role provides tailored access levels appropriate to different responsibilities, allowing teams to grant the right permissions without overwhelming users with unnecessary features. This is particularly valuable for agencies managing multiple team members, businesses with distributed marketing teams, or organizations that want to give content creators and analysts focused access to the tools they need without administrative complexity.
