WhatsApp Campaigns Metrics Enhancement: We've improved the metrics display for WhatsApp campaigns. While we continue to show percentages for delivery and read rates, you can now hover over these metrics to see the actual count of messages, giving you more detailed insights into your campaign performance.
Email Campaigns Metrics Enhancement: Similar to WhatsApp campaigns, we've added hover functionality for email metrics. You can now hover over the delivered, opened, and clicked metrics to view the actual count of emails in addition to the percentage display.
Bug Fixes & Improvements
WhatsApp Image Upload Validation: We've enhanced the image upload process for WhatsApp campaigns. Previously, CMYK format images were accepted during upload, but would later fail when sent to Meta. We now validate for RGB color index during the upload process itself and display an appropriate error message, allowing you to convert your image format before attempting to use it in campaigns.
WhatsApp Deliverability Patch Update: We've deployed an important update to improve the reliability of WhatsApp message delivery. This patch enhances how our system handles message failures during bulk sending operations and implements a smarter retry mechanism, resulting in improved overall campaign deliverability rates.
