Feature Enhancements
“Check on Enrolled Event” Block: We've introduced a new "Check on Enrolled Event" conditional block in Flows. This block gets data directly from the triggering event itself, rather than looking up information in the contact record. This creates more targeted automations and improves performance by using the event's real-time data without performing additional record lookups.
Reports Dashboard: We've added a new Reports section to the left navigation bar with customized metrics based on your integration. For Shopify accounts, the dashboard displays Revenue, Orders, Contacts, and Campaign Reach. Non-Shopify accounts will see Contacts, Visitors, Campaign Reach, and Conversations metrics. Shopify customers can customize date filters for Revenue and Orders metrics, with data defaulting to the last 7 days. Revenue calculations are aggregated from the Orders Object using relevant fields.
Bug Fixes & Improvements
Team Inbox Message Status: We've improved error reporting in Team Inbox by adding visual error indicators for failed messages. When hovering over the error icon, you'll now see specific error codes explaining why the message delivery failed.
Merge Tags for Dropdown Fields: We've fixed an issue where messages containing merge tags linked to dropdown fields would fail to send when those fields were empty for certain contacts, ensuring more reliable message delivery.
File Upload for Email Campaigns: We've resolved an issue with image previews in email campaigns where files containing spaces or special characters in their names weren't displaying properly.
Daylight Savings Time Support: We've implemented proper daylight savings time handling for scheduled campaigns, preventing timing discrepancies that previously caused email delivery issues.
Enhanced Security Verification: We've strengthened our account verification system to ensure all users properly complete the verification process before gaining system access, improving overall platform security.
