New Features & Enhancements
Reports Module Introduction: We've added a new Reports module, accessible via an icon in the left navigation bar. This comprehensive reporting center allows you to retrieve the entire usage data for email, WhatsApp, and Flows. You can use the available filters if you want to generate specific reports tailored to your needs.
Email Metrics: Track comprehensive metrics including sent, delivered, opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, open vs. click trends, device breakdowns, delivery trends, email clients breakdown, email links activity, geographic opens, and unsubscription trends.
WhatsApp Metrics: Monitor sent, delivered, replied, read, failed, and unsubscribed messages, complemented by engagement trends, delivery trends, and unsubscription trends.
Flows Metrics: Analyze enrolled, unique enrolled, exited, and dropped out metrics, along with enrollment trends, email engagement trends, WhatsApp engagement trends, email & WhatsApp unsubscription trends, and email geographic opens.
Bug Fixes
Business Hours Fix: We've resolved an issue where, in a few corner cases and in a very sporadic manner, business hours didn't work on weekends, causing auto-replies not to be sent. This Team Inbox feature now functions correctly throughout the entire week.
