Integration with Bitrix24 - Connecting Bitrix24 with ZEPIC

Prerequisite

Follow the steps below to integrate Bitrix24 CRM with your ZEPIC account:

Step 1: Access Connectors

1. Log in to your ZEPIC account.
   
   

2. From the left navigation panel, click the Connector icon.
   
   

3. Click Create Source.
   
   

Step 2: Select the CRM Source

4. Click Catalog.
   
   

5. Navigate to the CRM category.
   
   

6. Bitrix24 CRM.
   
   

Step 3: Configure the Connection

7. Enter a Connector Name.
   
   

8. Click Connect.
   
   

9. In the Bitrix24 Portal URL field, enter the domain part of your webhook URL (For eg., if your webhook URL is https://abc.bitrix24.it/rest/123/4mqwblvvww2lk4k5/ then the domain part is https://abc.bitrix24.it)
   
   

10. In the User ID field, enter the user name part of your webhook URL (For eg., if your webhook URL is https://abc.bitrix24.it/rest/123/4mqwblvvww2lk4k5/ then the User ID field is 123) 
    
    

11. In the Webhook Key field, enter the webhook secret part of your webhook URL (For eg., if your webhook URL is https://abc.bitrix24.it/rest/123/4mqwblvvww2lk4k5/ then the webhook secret is 4mqwblvvww2lk4k5)
    
    

12. Click Authorize.
    
    

Step 4: Select Data Model

11. Choose the Contact or Lead data model.
    
    

12. Select the required fields from the Bitrix24 People model.
    
    

13. Click Add.
    
    

14. Choose Anyone under Sample Data Selection.
    
    

15. Click Next.
    
    

Step 5: Data Mapping

16. In the Data Mapping tab, map the required fields.
    
    

17. Click Next.
    
    

Step 6: Complete the Setup

18. Click Connect to finalize the integration.
