WhatsApp Coexistence
We've introduced WhatsApp Coexistence, allowing you to use the same WhatsApp number simultaneously on both the WhatsApp Business App and ZEPIC's API integration. Previously, connecting a number to ZEPIC's API would disconnect it from the Business App. Now you can maintain both connections, giving you flexibility to manage conversations through the mobile app while running automated campaigns and flows through ZEPIC without switching between platforms.
Flow Editing
You can now edit existing flows directly instead of cloning and recreating them. Make changes to flow steps, conditions, triggers, or messaging, and rerun the same flow with your updates. This saves time when refining automation workflows and eliminates the need to manage multiple versions of similar flows.
Team Inbox Mobile View
Team Inbox is now accessible from mobile browsers, allowing agents to view and respond to customer conversations on the go. Access WhatsApp and Instagram conversations, send replies, and manage conversation status from your phone or tablet. This ensures your team can stay responsive even when away from their desks.
