Reports Benchmarking
We've introduced performance benchmarking across all reporting modules. When you select a time period in Reports, you'll now see percentage change comparisons against the previous period for all key metrics. Each KPI displays a trend indicator showing whether performance is up, down, or unchanged compared to the previous timeframe. This helps you quickly identify performance trends across email campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns, flows, conversations, and revenue metrics without manual calculations.
Bug Fixes & Improvements
CSV Import Summary Page Fix
We've resolved an issue where the details page wasn't displaying after CSV import completion. The summary page now correctly shows import details, allowing you to review what was imported successfully.
WhatsApp Template Copy-Paste Fix
We've fixed an issue where copying and pasting content into WhatsApp templates wasn't working properly. Copy-paste functionality now works as expected when creating or editing WhatsApp templates.
