ZEPIC’s Roles and Permissions prevent this. With this, you can make sure that client information and campaign settings are accessible only by trusted individuals added by you or your admins. Currently, in ZEPIC, you can assign the six roles below:

Understanding Access Levels in Tables
For clarity across the detailed tables, we’ve used three symbols to quickly clarify what each role can do to help you achieve your goals:
- ✔:Full Access. The user has full permission to view, create, edit, and delete this feature (e.g., launching a campaign).
- ◓:Restricted Access. The user has access but is limited to certain actions, usually View or Save Draft only. They cannot manage administrative settings or delete data.
- ✖:Denied Access. The user has no access or privileges for this feature.
