Importing Contacts via CSV File
While you can add manually, importing a CSV is the most efficient way to add many contacts to a List.
Go to 'Lists': From your ZEPIC dashboard, go to the 'Lists' section.
Select or Create a List: To import into an existing list, click its List Name. But you can import records or contacts into a new list, click 'Create a list’
Alternatively, you can also add contacts to an existing list and upload them via CSV.
Initiate Import: In the selected list's view, click 'Import CSV’ to import records to your list.
Choose File: Select your prepared CSV file from your computer. And after it is uploaded, map the data to the respective fields.
Import the CSV: Click 'Import’ to import contacts to your CSV file
Review: Your list is created. You can review the fields and make changes accordingly
This process allows your contacts to be centralised in ZEPIC, ready for marketing using Lists.
