Sometimes, managing customer data across multiple platforms can feel overwhelming. But it doesn’t have to be. Whether you’re organizing customer details, sales data, or product information, ZEPIC helps you centralize your data and unlock powerful insights.
Here's a simple guide to help you import data through a CSV file into ZEPIC.
What You Need
Data imported into ZEPIC is preserved and managed effectively by objects. Think of these as containers that store specific types of data. For example, the Contact object holds customer information like names, emails, or phone numbers. Other objects can retain data for products, orders, or custom categories based on your needs.
When you import a CSV file into ZEPIC, the platform automatically stores the data in the standard Contact object. However, if you want the data to live in a different category, you can create a custom object and start the importing process.
Before uploading your CSV, check if it is a valid or correctly formatted file. The first row has to contain the column headings (this helps ZEPIC identify your data correctly)
