At ZEPIC, we’ve made it our mission to simplify your marketing life by unifying customer data, campaigns, and workflows into one platform. But we didn’t stop there—we created Zenie AI to handle the heavy lifting for you.

Let’s look at 4 use cases on how Zenie can make your marketing smarter and more efficient.

1. Organize Customer Data

Struggling to piece together scattered customer data from different platforms?

We hear you. Organizing different types of data is a tedious task, and you might not have the time to do it manually. This is where Zenie comes in.

Our AI model’s big strength is helping you build a comprehensive object with various kinds of data types in a simple manner. Whether you prefer using quick shortcuts or detailed prompts, Zenie has you covered.

Let’s say you want to organize customer order data. Here’s how you can create a custom object to do that.

  • Go to the "Objects" option in Zenie.

  • Input your prompt, and if needed, refine it using the "Refine Prompt" feature.

  • Hit "Generate," and voilà—your review object is ready in under a minute!

  • You can easily add or remove fields as necessary.

2. Classify Customers Based On Their Behavior

You spend hours crafting the perfect email and WhatsApp campaigns, but all those efforts could be in vain if you don’t send them to the right people.

Classifying or segmenting customers based on their buying behavior and patterns is crucial to creating campaigns that resonate with a specific target group.

Are you confused about where to start? Try Zenie AI’s segmentation feature to classify your customers quickly and precisely.

Imagine a scenario where customers add items to the cart but leave before completing the purchase. We know how frustrating that is, but on the bright side, these customers are interested in your product. They just need a little push. Let’s identify who these customers are with Zenie and give them the nudge they need.

After creating an object and importing customer data, select the "Segments" option.

  1. Choose the relevant object; in this case, it is "checkout.”

  2. Zenie will analyze the data to generate smart cohorts; you could choose from these pre-made cohorts.

  1. Can’t find what you want? Type in the prompt and refine it to get accurate information.

  • Click on generate to complete the segmentation process.

With Zenie, a process that could take hours is completed in minutes!

3. Create Engaging WhatsApp Campaigns

Zenie AI can create engaging WhatsApp campaigns and free up your marketing team to focus on more important things.

Say you want to send out a WhatsApp campaign to request customer feedback. Let’s look at how Zenie can get the job done in style.

  • Go to the "WhatsApp Templates" option in Zenie and write your prompt.

  • Once you click on “Generate”, Zenie will create the initial template details, then select the continue option in the top right corner.

  • You will get the messaging and a preview of the message.

  • If you want to make it more interesting with an image, turn on the header option, select the image option, and choose the “Create with Zenie” button.

  • Describe what you want, and Zenie will deliver multiple image options.

  • Select one, and your campaign will be ready to go in just a few clicks!

4. Automate Workflows

Preset when and what campaigns your target audience should receive with Zenie.

For instance, let’s take the case of reaching out to unhappy customers. You know that quickly connecting with them is an important step in protecting your brand’s reputation.

But it is challenging to always be on the lookout for negative reviews. Zenie AI can help you stay stress-free by creating a workflow and automating this process.

Here’s a step-by-step process on how to create automated workflows with Zenie:

  • Click on the workflow option and input your prompt

  • Define what should kick off your workflow. For example, you can set the trigger to “When a customer leaves a negative review” or “When a segment of unhappy customers is identified.”

  • In this instance, we will create a workflow that’ll trigger a WhatsApp message within 30 minutes of receiving a lower rating.

  • All we did was input the prompt and select the object. Zenie created the flow in less than a minute.

  • Now, as soon as someone leaves a lower rating, they’ll get a WhatsApp message from you. This is not just damage control; it’s also an effective way to show that you’re a brand that truly values its customers.

And just like that, Zenie takes the hassle out of marketing so you can focus on what matters most—building meaningful connections with your customers.

Smarter marketing starts here—and you never have to do it alone.
