Magento is now Adobe Commerce and is now a part of the Adobe Experience Cloud.

In this guide, you'll learn how to connect your Adobe Commerce (Magento) store to ZEPIC for seamless integration.

Prerequisites

To enable ZEPIC to make the necessary API calls for integration, your Adobe Commerce (Magento) server must have a publicly accessible hostname.

Before you begin, ensure you have the following:

  • Domain Name

  • Access Token Secret

Note: You will not be able to integrate Magento 2 servers hosted locally.

Steps to Obtain Your Domain Name and Access Token Secret:

  1. Navigate to System > Integrations

    • From your Magento dashboard, go to System and select Integrations.

  2. Add New Integration

    • Click on Add New Integration.

  3. Provide Integration Details

    • Enter a name for the integration.

    • Set API access to All.

  4. Create the Integration

    • Click on Create.

  5. Activate the Integration

    • After creating the integration, activate it.

  6. Locate the Access Token Secret

    • Once activated, you will be able to retrieve the Access Token Secret provided by Magento.

Steps to Integrate Adobe Commerce (Magento) Store with ZEPIC:

After logging into your ZEPIC account, navigate to Connectors from the left navigation bar, click on Catalog, and select Magento.

  1. Enter Domain Name and Access Token

    • Paste the Domain Name in the Endpoint URL field and the Access Token Secret you obtained from Magento into the appropriate fields in ZEPIC.

  2. Sync Magento Data

    • Once connected, you can sync data from Magento with ZEPIC. ZEPIC allows you to sync Customers, Inventory, Orders, and Products data from Magento.

Benefits of Adobe Commerce (Magento) - ZEPIC Integration:

With this integration, you can enjoy several benefits:

  • Automatic Syncing: Adobe Commerce data such as Customers, Inventory, Orders, and Products will be automatically synced with ZEPIC.

  • Enhanced Segmentation: Segment your data in a fine-grained manner for better targeting.

  • Targeted Campaigns: Set up Flow campaigns and engage with customers through Email or WhatsApp using ZEPIC.

By following these steps, you’ll be able to fully leverage the benefits of integrating Adobe Commerce with ZEPIC, enhancing your ability to manage customer relationships and communications effectively.
