Smart Retries for WhatsApp Campaigns
We have introduced Smart Retries to significantly improve deliverability of bulk WhatsApp campaigns. When large campaigns experience reduced deliverability due to Meta's rate limiting or other factors like customers receiving too many promotional messages, the system can automatically retry sending messages within a defined timeframe.
Users can configure the number of retries needed and set time intervals between retries (recommended 24-hour intervals). The system intelligently handles different failure scenarios—it will not retry messages blocked by Meta but will retry when limits are exceeded. Users can view a comprehensive timeline of retry attempts, including attempted contacts, successful deliveries, and failed attempts.
Improved Test Campaign Experience
Random contacts are now pre-populated when sending test emails or WhatsApp messages with personalization variables. Previously, users had to manually select and enter contact details for testing personalized campaigns. The system now automatically suggests random contacts, allowing users to preview how personalization variables will appear in actual campaigns.
Object Dropdown Refresh Button
Refresh buttons are now available across all object dropdowns on the platform. When users create new objects, they can instantly update the dropdown lists without needing to reload the page, ensuring access to the latest objects created.
Bug Fixes & Improvements
Empty State Improvements
UI issues in empty state screens that were previously identified have been resolved, eliminating unnecessary empty spaces and improving the overall visual experience.
Minor UI Refinements
Various alignment issues and copy text throughout ZEPIC have been improved for better visual consistency and user clarity.
