Revenue Attribution and Reports: We have introduced comprehensive revenue attribution to help users track and analyze which marketing channels and campaigns are driving actual revenue. Users can configure revenue attribution in Admin Settings by selecting the event that defines revenue (automatically set to order_confirmed for Shopify customers, while others can configure events like payment_confirmed).
Key capabilities include:
Track revenue attribution across email and WhatsApp campaigns using last-touch attribution
Set attribution windows up to 30 days based on your preferences
Configure attribution triggers—for email campaigns: delivered, opened, or clicked; for WhatsApp campaigns: delivered or read
View orders and revenue data directly in your campaigns list view
Access specialized revenue reports tailored for Shopify, Magento, and non-Shopify integrated accounts
Compare ZEPIC-generated revenue against total revenue
Identify which channels and WhatsApp accounts are driving the most revenue
Make data-driven decisions with clear visibility into what's actually driving conversions
This feature provides the insights needed to optimize marketing spend and shift budget toward the most effective channels.
