Triggers 


Flow Trigger is an event or a condition that initiates or starts the automation flow. Examples of triggers are:

  • Customer placing an order

  • A user getting added to a segment

  • Order getting delivered to a customer

  • Product Inventory’s availability status is changed (from unavailable to available)


Three types of Flow Triggers are available to initiate an automation flow:
