Keyboard Navigation in Team Inbox
We have introduced arrow key navigation to improve your inbox experience. You can now use Up and Down arrow keys to move between conversations in your inbox and experience faster response times and improved efficiency.
Enhanced User Management
We have implemented stronger validation rules during user creation to ensure data quality:
First name now requires minimum 3 characters
Last name requires minimum 1 character
We’ve also enhanced duplicate email detection.
These validations help maintain consistent user data and prevent potential issues during user creation.

We've introduced smart pre-filling of campaign details to streamline your campaign workflow. When creating email or WhatsApp campaigns, ZEPIC now automatically pulls in relevant information if you have:
A single WhatsApp business account
One registered email address
One domain name
This automation reduces manual entry and helps prevent errors in campaign setup.
Bug Fixes & Improvements
WhatsApp Campaign Enhancements
We have fixed a few UI issues that users encountered while sending a test message and have added clear error notifications for WhatsApp templates. These improvements provide better feedback and a more stable experience when working with WhatsApp campaigns.
Email Campaign Reliability
Improved autosave functionality by eliminating unnecessary error popups. This creates a smoother, less intrusive editing experience when working on email campaigns.
Team Inbox Improvements
We have resolved timestamp display issues in the conversation panel and have fixed tag deletion functionality in team conversations. These fixes ensure accurate conversation tracking and proper tag management in your team communications.
